  The sleeves are different and I don't think the bottom has as much flare, but the way the top is shaped reminded me a lot of one of the free Genesis dresses on Wendy's site...

  Perhaps you could have some fun retexturing that one until your budget can accommodate the other one. Wendy's site is always worth a look, anyway. There's some great stuff on there.
