Advice regarding ticket needed

Hi,
I don't mean to sound rude, or want to come across as rude. But, I was wondering if anyone knew of Noggin's whereabouts or if they still make models.
I've got Noggin's Cockatiel and Macaw. The cockatiel and Macaw are okay in flight pose, but when they're on the perches, some sort of weird glitch happens (see attached).
I've had a ticket open for 2 years about this, and (from my pov) I don't think it's going to be sorted. :(
Does anyone think it's worth opening a new ticket about this or should I just leave it?
Any advice would be very appreciated.

That looks like a glitch in the wireframe, like some parts are not pulled back with the rest. Yes I would try putting in another ticked, If they never responded I guess it got lost with some site changes.
Maybe some other users can help you as well.

I've done everything in both of those links, and the Macaw is now working. I had to look on another page about adding SubD, but I got there eventually. Thanks Kerya ^^
