or generally speaking, radial stamp/painting

it's html5 / javascript and should work on many browsers i tested it on chrome win10 and a chrome android/phone

i'll eventually add more stamps and maybe who knows ( in 2019? ) let you use your own ( well actually if you download and run it on your PC you can )
