Posing while using IK

after posing the figure using the hands and feet how do you pose the shoulder or forearm on the figure. every time I try to pose the shoulder or forearm it pops back into place where the trackers are..

    Probably better to use FK on arms and shoulders.Delete anything to do with IK for these areas.When using ik everything is operated via those blue blocks,with fk you rotate each joint in turn.Some software mixes these two processes, but I don't think Carrara does.

    ( FK = Forward Kinematics)
