How do I upload image direct from PC to PM (mail message)?

Attached is an image of the menu I get when I open "image" at the private mail here.

I want to share an image which is only uploaded on my computer but not at a web page (url).  How can I share this as I can't see an option to share such an image from pc?

    As far as I know, the private messaging on this forum lacks the attach image feature. I've been wanting that myself many times.
