DAZ Customer service

It has been a long time since I've made any purchases other than some freebies. I bought an item for a project in August and not soon after the purchase, the project was cancelled. I asked if I could get a refund and after two phone calls to customer support, I have not heard yes, no or boo from Daz. Used to have a no questions asked return policy. I guess that is no longer true? I would have expected some kind of answer from Daz, but alas, silence. Nice to see Daz has finally joined the big time world of uncaring coorporations. Well done Daz.
Disappointed in iOWA.

Instead of making a phone call, file a ticket over here: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
I'll let customer support know the phone service messages are getting dropped somewhere, or perhaps you have gotten replies on your email and they have just been flagged as spam.
Did you put in an actual ticket via the Help Desk online? If not, you need to go that route. If the purchase is within the 30 days, then you should be fine.

Give them a chance to get back with you. :) Also let them know when you first contacted them.
When I've called on the phone, I never got a response either. Their phone service is useless, not sure why they even keep it, except as an illusion that there are customer service people you can talk to, but it's just a (bad) answering service. If you send in the ticket yourself as stated above, they usually answer very quickly and handle things well.
Edward, I do show that your ticket was responded to on August 21 adn 29th. Ticket #225759. Please see and respond to your ticket and we can address this matter as we need to for you. Thank you for your patience.
Yes, have created two tickets. Received one email asking if I wanted technical support to which I had answered no, just a refund if I may. Two days later I looked on my account under messages and the message about tech support was marked as waiting for customer input. Since I had responded, I don't see why they were still waiting. I have returned some items in the past, but I don't abuse it and simply want to use the refund for some items I want to use in my own work.
