The Kids 4 Content Missing?

I bought The Kids 4 complete, which includes The Kids 4 Toddler. The content does not show up in smart content, so I've been struggling to find stuff. I looked through the entire Content Library and I cannot find hair for the toddler. I'm assuming that the toddler is supposed to come with the hair that it is pictured with right?

The bundle includes two hairs, "Sally Mae Hair" and "Duke Hair". They are in Poser formats; Sally Mae Hair will be somewhere in Content Library pane > Poser Formats > [content library name] > Figures, Duke Hair in Content Library pane > Poser Formats > [content library name] > Hair. The materials will be either in Content Library pane > Poser Formats > [content library name] > Pose, or in Content Library pane > Daz Studio Formats > [content library name] > Hair. In either case, you need to apply the hair from the Poser Formats before applying the materials. There should be readme's in the zips giving the full paths.

No where in the "What's Included and Featured" for the "Kids 4 Toddler" does it say anything about hair. Promo pictures are not indicative of what is included with the product. When you see and ad for a computer desk for $30 do you assume the computer on the desk in the ad is included?
