Can't Login Dim or Daz

Is anyone else having problems ...can't login in Daz 4.9  even Dim won't connect...?

    They want us to use connect but how can we when DAZ Studio 4.9 won't login?

    Okay, I just asked this question in the Technical site.  I thought it was me because it happened after the Daz program on my computer froze while I was exiting.  Thought I had screwed something up.

    Probably all those people trying to download Tween Ryan clogged up the servers.  LoL.

    lol! could be...I just purchased some goodies, made a cuppa and sat down ready to create and...can't download..well I could manually but after getting used to daz Connect it all seems too much like hard work;)

    Unable to Login Via Connect in Daz Studio 4.9

    Nothing has changed on my end but I've been unable to login via Connect all day. Please advise.

    You can force DIM to see new purchases by going to the Orders page in your account, viewing the new order, and clicking the Download & Install button.

    DIM finally worked for me, starting about an hour ago, after several hours of trying.

    I tried that. It didn't work for me it just opened DIM but didn't give me any download or install option there.

    They still are not showing up in DIM for me. I tried to file a ticket but I can'tdo that either. I click on the "Submit a Ticket" buuton on the Contact Us page and all I get is the "This Page Can Not Be Displayed" error message

    ETA: I finally was able to open a Help ticket.

    that part hasn't worked for me in a couple years at least on any of my computers

    my dim stopped working couldn't log in but restarted comp and ok now been downloading close to 170gb of content on my new computer

    The new purchases (which I haven't installed yet) are still not showing up in DIM for me. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling DIM but NO LUCK.

    ETA: HooRay!  The items have finally showed up in DIM and I am downloading them now

    I opened my order history, clicked on a product and then "Download and Install" and when it opened DIM, it DID connect and work for me. Also my new purchases were also showing up.

    What eventually worked for me was buying a new product (this week's PC freebie).  Reloading DIM showed all the other recent items.
