She could literally be either. There are figures that are really distinctive like Brooklyn, Marnie, or AE's Alice, but a lot of characters really do look an awful lot alike. Most of the time I find that it's the hair style that gets my attention more than anything that makes me think I'm looking at a new character that I've never seen before.
She looks a bit like Schappelle Corby
She looks like Aiko7 shape wise.

That was my guess, I was still looking at her when you posted. Godin's gals are pretty distinctive, love 'em.
The eyebrows are often a good way to recognize a character as they vary a lot, these ones are a bit unusual with that sharply cut off end.
