Anyone having trouble with Paypal?

I keep trying to make a purchase from DAZ. I use Paypal Credit for online purchases.

So I go to checkout with Paypal and it takes me to some DAZ/Paypal interface as it usually does, but the choice for paying with Paypal credit is not there.

Just the choice of the bank account tied to Paypal

Ive purchased with Paypal credit before (my Paypal credit history shows two such transactions) but the last 24 hours NOPE.

What is going on?

I do not have the same problem but I know that there are several issues with PayPal. Some people are unable to log in because the login process never succeeds when they send their login inormation (a "endless loop"). Others like me are just sent back to the store and they have to retry later. Or they have to systematically confirm their identity (still like me) by typing the code that they are given on the PayPal website when they receive a phone call asking them for it.

It does not happen for me at DAZ but at some other stores and it is very annoying. I have no PayPal cresit but as you can see there are many different issues with PayPal... I anyway wish you good luck with this annoying problem.

  • Thank You for the response.

It is extremely frustrating. I just this moment made a purchase at another 3d Content provider. Paypal credit worked fine.

So I try DAZ again and NOPE.....no go. I noticed that the Paypal interface DAZ uses is very rudimentary compared to the one I just utilized.

I even called DAZ yesterday. The lady who answered seemed very confused about what my problem even was. Said she'd give it to the techs and they'd call me back.

    Yeah, no call.

Meanwhile, Im losiing out on a sale on some nice content.

DAZ you are loosing a $ale!!!!

Similar issue here, tonight :/ , when on the Paypal checkout page, it asks for a credit card payment, instead of taking money directly on the Paypal account like it always does. Never had that issue before.

Didn't have any issues whatsoever today paying with paypal, earlier for DAZ purchase and just minutes ago for Envato.

I wonder if Daz stopped offering PayPal as a choice option, it hasn't worked for me either and after talking to PayPal today they said it looked like Daz no longer accepts that payment form.

PayPal and PayPal Credit are not the same thing - are you not seeing either, or only the latter? I don't recall ever seeing an option for PayPal Credit.

I'd choose payapal as an option then choose PayPal credit to pay, it doesn't show as an option anymore, it's happened before so maybe it's just a glitch it hasn't worked for the past week though

I think that the issue must be on PayPal's side...

I talked to them and they said it had to be on Daz's side lol, maybe I'll try calling them back.

Just had this sort of problem with one of my hosting providers.

I got around it be logging out and back in through Paypal's main site. After that I was able to use the OneTouch thing.

OneTouch and credit are different things.

Went to make a purchase, and like others paypal credit was not listed.  I contacted Paypal and they gave me the old song and dance via automated response that it was on Daz's side.  I explained the problem a bit more and sent the reply in, and got back a responce from a CSR that basically said that they were not at fault and that I need to contact Daz to see if the problem was on Daz's side.

I just tried to make a paypal purchase the other day for the first time in a long time (on another site).

Paypal seemed to refuse to access the funds in my bank account and only wanted to use what was in my paypal account. I've never drawn money from my bank and put it in paypal, I've always left paypal at $0 and let them draw how much was needed from my bank at time of purchase.
