I am getting tomorrow in the mail a Nivida 750ti graphics card. That is the best card I can get for my system as of right now. Without buying a whole new PSU. Can it do iray? Will it beable to handle daz3d easier?

Yes, it can do iray. Being able to handle Studio easier depends more or your machine. If it's a 4GB machine, 750TI won't make much difference until you start to render.
