Expressions for Aiko 7

I just bought this product: http://www.daz3d.com/expressions-for-aiko-7-and-genesis-3-female-s and I can't seam to get it to work. I enstalled it through Daz Studio and the only thing that shows up is the "zero" pose:

 

It's my first Encrypted purchase, so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong? 

Is this an issue on my end or do I need to file a report ticket? 

Any help you can give me would be very appreciated. :)

 

EDIT - Never mind. I found the expressions under the Pose and Animate tab and "head". I'm not sure why it doesn't have icons, I have icons for all my other poses and expressions I think. I like icons because I can better orginize and utilize the poses and expressions that I have. I guess this product just doesn't have them. o.O

    Yes, i have that same problem...For the Guy 7 Capses Expression Set no icons to click to make expressions but the Girl 7 gets icons to click for the Capses expression set. Therefore, I thought the Capses Guy 7 Expression Set was broken. It isn't, it's just the preset icons don't exist.

    Yeah, that kind of sucks. I like to orginize all my products, it's hard to orginize and know what I have without the icons. I really like that the expressions are sliders though -it makes it fun for mixing and matching and creating new and unique expressions.

    Yeah, i discovered it was encrypted only when I went to install. a product I won't be able to use till it's unencrypted as i am still on 4.8, bummer. At least it helped me get some sweet deals on unencrypted items, LOL.

    Hi!  Sorry you initially had problems installing and finding the Aiko 7 expressions.  I create my expressions as Pose Control dials.  This gives you much more control over the expressions adding as little or as much of each expression as you require.  And you can mix and match.  I added a reset expression preset for these ones and would consider adding "one click" presets as well as the pose control option, in future sets if that's what customers want.  The pose control dials do make them much more versatile though ;)

    Hi, Diane! Thank you for your response - I was not expecting that! :D I do really REALLY like your product (I've been having fun with it, mixing and matching to make unique expressions). I love the sliders and hope you keep those. In addition to the sliders having "one click" presets with icons would also be nice - of course that's not required, just having the option for that with icons would help those of us who enjoy having that as an option. If it's a lot of extra work though, I can see why you wouldn't want to. I do hope you consider it though - as I really enjoy having icons to go with my products (I know I'm not the only one). I have a "poses and expressions" folder and having one click options for your expresions I could put in that folder for ease of use would be really cool. :)

    Discovered it was encrypted only when looking for it through DIM!

    Too bad I forgot to look at the download options before buying, it got me a good deal but I would have rather purchased something else knowing it.

    Looks like a good product but will have to wait a year to use it crying.
