  The skin shader would be a variation of the Anagenessis shader presets, and that's explained in the AG thread in tech suppport.  You should check that one out. :-)

  Lingerie -- check.  Looks like some sort of a light probe was used as a background?  That's just a guess though.

  She reminds me of Aeon Soul's -- hope I got the current name right -- Alice.  A variation.  She may be a custom morph though.

  ​I may be wrong, but that looks like a custom body morph.  Dimension-Z -- D-Z sure is a whole lot shorter -- may be a ZBrush whiz, too.
