Maybe Lilith 6? Eyes and make-up remind me of her.

The hands look a bit V4-ish yet the eyes don't.  V4 is more of a guess than an observation though, even with the hands the way they are, because many DAZ figures could look like the person in your image.  I suspect a skilled user could even get V2 to look like that...

Be more trusting of your suspicions friend
for indeed this is the Vestigial Daz Victoria 2
    release date: April, 2001.

    There was a person
in the "rosity" Forums who mentioned that he still uses V2 but is really bothered by how "out of place" she looks next to his V4 figures.
So just for fun ,and while waiting for some long animation renders to finish, on one machine
I loaded the "old girl" into Daz Studio 4.7 on My other machine.
    Added a subD modifier

Draped a freebie  V4 Dynamic tunic over her in DS with the _(REDACTED.......... REDACTED)_script from renderosity.

Converted the "Nova Hair"  for the G2 female to a static prop
    and placed on her head.

Shot her over to blender via the fee Mcjteleblend script
Added a simple SSS node to her 15 year old skin mapssurprise
and rendered to 275 samples (non squared).

Ah V2, shouldn't have know. She looks like an older figure which is why I suggested V3. The face isn't that bad, but the hands really show the age.

Yeah, when I saw her I shouted "she's got man hands!"
