    Sorry, I don't know exactly when.  Marketing assigns the release date, not the vendor.  I thought she would be included in the Aiko's group sale; but it wasn't.  I think it may be because at the end of June they released two of my products:  Hahana and Russia.  But I hope she will be released s..n.

    OK, so that first picture you posted had no appeal to me. I guess I don't care for the sparkly star makeup or something-but this picture is gorgeous! This would be a character I would definitely consider purchasing.

    Love the skin; would the lip gloss to easily reduced?

    I know it can be, but sometimes it is easier than others. :)

    Love the other render too; the character looks amazing.

    EDIT:

    LOL just been looking at the characters I have of yours; needless to say I used Kathy a little and Nelly not at all; too many characters and not enough time. Guess I know what I'm doing next then.

    ... I can't justify buying a new one until I've at least loaded up both you old ones. :) Not that lack of justification stopped me buying previously.

    OK, so that first picture you posted had no appeal to me. I guess I don't care for the sparkly star makeup or something-but this picture is gorgeous! This would be a character I would definitely consider purchasing. 

    I agree - the fairy star bit near the eye looks kinda flat pasted on - never been a fan of those makeups. Her shape and skin is gorgeous, however, and that second image is stunning.

    They may have delayed it because Aiko has already had a basically unprecedented amount of characters released for her in the past few days - I've already got more than I know what to do with, more on my wishlist, and after buying all those Aiko bundles, as much as I love this character, I wouldn't be able to buy her right now. So hopefully they're giving us a little break~

    - The metallic look is only one of the 10 make-up options included.
    - Thank you nicstt for your support to my work acquiring Kathy and Karen.  When you have time to render an image with any of them I will be very happy to see your images, please send me a PM with a link to your gallery.  I love to see what other artists create with my products!

    Ever since unimesh in gen4 became a standard, Aiko has been just about the most popular component for mixing new characters. And the flood of new character bases like Gia and Olympia and the even newer ones like Arabella and Bethany haven't stopped that.  It doesn't surprise me At All to see that the character developers who managed to get hold of her before release have all been off in their labs working.

    A few people may say that Aiko's popularity in gen4 was just because she was the first alternate base to be released after V4 (very few people liked A4 straight out of the box, I remember). That probably has something to do with it. But we're half a dozen years downstream of gen4, and a dash of Aiko still goes very *very* well in a new character mix. Or more than a dash.

    A not-very-nice part of me is now wondering whether, if Aiko7 had come out before Eva or any of Vicky's other sisters, how well they would have flown. Some of them probably would have done very well. A few, I'm wondering whether anyone would have felt them all that necessary.

    The thing about Aiko - any version - is that her stylized look is a very effective way of side-stepping the problem of the unvanny valley.

    Are you using the Aiko 7 UV's for her skin, or is she based on the default G3F?

    Hi,  thanks to all of you for your comments about my character Snowflake!

    DisparateDreamer, the white hair is FairyFae Hair for Genesis 2 Female.  It is a  DAZ original created by goldtassel.  The pink hair is Cece Hair by Outoftouch at Renderosity.

    jakikblue, I used the Genesis 3 Female base UV maps.  And the product comes with Iray and 3Delight material presets.

    I did this with DC Mira on Genesis 3 Female base instead of Aiko 7.
