  I myself find Arki's Lady Rune a wonderfully detailed fair skin with subtle variations in color: http://www.daz3d.com/lady-rune-for-genesis-3-female-s Her brows are on a geoshell so they can be tinted to match hair.

  Update, Aibell's has a no brows option, so definitely worth considering. I had to tweak the shaders to get the paleness I required, but worked.
