Ah well, hardly the first sale I've lost a chance at while hoping my paycheck would deposit even a tiny bit early so I can buy something...

I've lost count of the number of times that an 'unmissable' sale of older items (which I'll spend all my spare money on) is followed by the release of a 'must have' new item (which I'll somehow find the money for anyway). Maybe something really cool is round the corner and you'll be glad you didn't spend the cash :)
I'm just miffed at missing another chance to get the Minotaur and Reptilian bundles at a good price. Given my Platinum membership is up in two days, anything around the corner will likely be too pricy anyhow.
So is it totally over or just temporarily AWOL? I still have stuff in my cart from last night -- got interrupted due to an unexpected thunderstorm -- but the prices aren't looking quite regular though not as good as yesterday's.
Hoping DAZ can give us another shot at this. I've been wanting the minotaur and reptilian for a while now and my finances just keep missing the times they go on sale.
Well, those bundles have been on sale before and I'm sure they will be again. My records indicate I got the Minotaur HD Bundle for $10.55 back in April 2015 and, while not quite as good, the Reptilian HD Bundle for $22.39 in August 2015.
Probably over, but you never know for sure. I've seen sales vanish for a day or 2 and then reappear during the same week.
This was a truly tremendous sale though, I'm not at all sure Daz intended to have the stacking discounts, people were getting a lot of these bundles for under 3 dollars each. I spent $115 to get over $1000.00 worth of bundles (would have probably been closer to $2000 worth of products if they were split up and purchased separately), and I don't know if I've ever seen that much discount on any sale before (over 95% off depending on how you purchased and which bundles you got). Glad I jumped on it, but also glad I was able to resist the impulse to jump in and buy more, as I really didn't need more than what I got the first time (but those prices were triggering my 'must have this despite the fact I'll never use this' reflexes.
Yeah, I wish we knew how long sales last. I missed it too. I thought if it wasn't a flash sale, they usually last a few days at least.
The stack with a new item fooled me. I planned to buy one but didn't have time to shop around, so I waited until later... annnnnd gone.
It DID last 2 days.
Considering what great discounts there were I was surprised it even lasted that long. Thanks, DAZ, for one of the best sales.
I've spent a lot more this month than I had planned on and will need to replenish my store credit soon. (Hint, Hint)
Yeah but the added bundles wheren't around that long, right? Seams like they where added then taken down in about a day. It makes me so sad that I missed the Girl 6, Giselle 6, Victoria 6, etc bundles and I could have gotten them for $7 each. And I think I could have gotten the Michael 6 bundle for $2.10! ahhhhhhh *head/desk* Missing out on that is definitely a heart breaker for me.
Given that it's after 5 in Utah, likely no hope that sales will give a second chance on this one.
Agreed, great too bad for those that didn't react fast enough. Great thing is, this is DAZ, will come around again.
Those were the starter bundles. You would have regretted buying them when a good deal on the pro bundles comes along.
Yep. Wait for the Pro deals. They're a much better deal if you're just starting to accumulate assets.
