Previously bought RDNA products are not showing up as bought

It's very confusing because several RDNA products I own are not showing as purchased and are not showing up in DIM. What do I do about this? Thanks.

Give it a few days. It usually takes at least a few days and in some cases up to a week, but they do get that fixed.
edit: I forgot to add that if the products don't show up after a week, open up a support ticket and they'll take care of it.
OK, but a pain to check my purchase history at RDNA for each product, because I often forget what I purchased. And I know, I'd get a refund for a double purchase, but I'd still have to track down my RDNA purchases, another hassle for me and Daz support... They should do it BEFORE they put the items up for sale... They have in the past. Seems they rushed this for the 4th...
They've been here for a few months now, and I own 90% of the stuff on the 4th of July $4 sale page and NONE of it is showing as 'Purchased' for me. And I know it's mine because I worked there as a tester for 5 years. so I don't know how long we have to wait for it to show as purchased.
Most of my runtime DNA purchases have not shown up. One I really like- Lucian hair is still missing in action .
I thought all of the stuff in the 4th sale was newly merged over because I know two items I own are in the sale and this is the first I've seen of them and I've been keeping a sharp eye out for these two in particular. I know there are at least a few more that I own of Lady LittleFox's that aren't in the store yet so not everything has come over yet. If anything you own has actually been in the shop that long and it still doesn't show up in your Products Library, a help ticket is your best recourse. I know the few items I've had that didn't immediately get added were fixed fairly quickly with the support desk.
I noticed today that quite a few of my previously RDNA purchased products are starting to show up in my Smart content to be downloaded. They weren't there a couple of days ago, so perhaps the new lot are finally coming over to our accounts.
I really really do wish they'd fix the metadata on them tho!! Everything was categorized as "lost and found" and so far, there have been no updates at all to fix it and give it correct metadata. I'm trying to edit the metadata myself, but it's slow going, plus it's hard sometimes when icons all have the same name LOL
