Teeth/Gum deformation

I have been getting really extreme teeth and gum deformation on my G3F model. I've cycled through the various morphs currently used to see which causes the issue but can't seem to locate it. Any clues?

    this seems to be a fairly common occurence with dial spinning your own character.  If you have zbrush.. it is a really quick fix.
