  Zeta Centricula 27, unless I miss my guess. It's the traditional headwear of the K'Shanti Priesthood, worn for ceremonial purposes back before they developed translight drives. :D

  It's the free Queen Headdress.  I modified it with new shaders and removed the front jewel section.

  I don't think that is where I got it I don't recall being there in a very long time.  But I didn't want to link to the site where I did ;-)
