    The Cape has three bones for posing, Cape1, Cape2, and Cape3

    There are three cape bones attached to the upper chest bone (I think). I didn't notice any pose controls when I was trying it out last night, but I'm not sure I looked in the right place (a separate Pose Controls group in Parameters, not a child of the Actor group).

    Richard Haseltine Thanks, Richard, as usual. (You're a very helpful chap). I didn't realize that I merely had to use the translate sliders on the cape bones.
