This is unfair!!! The 4th runtimedna paodicts sale!!!
I can only selceted from some limited numbered of products to get a free pridoct so I purchased some products which I donot really want to buy to get the freebie in last several days.
But today all the products become back on sale again! So other people can select from a large collection of products!!!
Daz ,you can not do this!!! You know this is unfair!!!

Figure out exactly what you want customer service to do about your orders and submit a ticket.
Actually, it was smart on Daz's part due to all of the problems people were having over the weekend. Many were asking for a catch-up sale, which there is precedence for.
At the same time the RDNA items are no longer $3 each when you buy a new release. They are all just $4 now; but I am very grateful to have the catchup anyway
Sending tickets, that would be complicated. Because the sale is complicated. I had a long time without sending any tickets bacause the sales nowadays are compicated.
Maybe I should send one, maybe not. What should I say? Should I request them cancel my orders then I will be able to reselect the products and repurchase them again?. I am not sure whether they can solve it before the sale ends.
Maybe I should give up to send a ticket. I can bear up this time but next time I will not have the impulse to buy something early in a sale.
Maybe they shold release all the products at the very beginning of this sale.
They were always $4 unless they were accompanied by a new product as well. Then they dropped to $3 each. The added bargain is the freebie when three of the $3/$4 items are in the cart. Check out three at a time, and get another freebie each time. some of them are over $20 at their normal price.
It seems one better not to be a early buyer in s sale.
I'm actually glad they're doing this. It gives me a chance to pick up a lot of the items I could literally never afford at their normal cost from when they were on RDNA.
What I would like is for Daz to get the blasted purchase history correct. There are a LOT of items I'm seeing them release from the RDNA stock that I actually BOUGHT on RDNA, and yet they are NOT registering as owned, nor are they popping up in my product library like they should be. And yes, I did change my email on RDNA to match the one I use on Daz, back when the buy-out first happened.
I'd love to take advantage of this. And I will definitely pick up some of it. But I would feel a LOT more comfortable if Daz would get the bloody purchase history fixed already. It's been more than long enough now.
I'd be happy if thee were a way to sort out the RDNA products in the product library, so I can see what's transferred.
If you're using Windows you can see which RDNA products that have transfered with this one:

Just click "Download History", then click the Order # column to sort it. All products transfered from the RDNA store will have "null" as Order # and will be at the bottom of the list after sorting. There may be a few non-RDNA products among as well.
RDNA products purchased from the DAZ store will not be included, as they do have an Order #.
I would repurchase what you want and return the previous orders.
I'm confused. Are purchases bought elsewhere supposed to show up as purchased on Daz? How would that even be possible?
RDNA merged with DAZ some months ago so if you have purchased stuff at RDNA it (or most of it) will automatically be transfered to your DAZ account. Your email address at RDNA must be the same as the one at DAZ however, for having your stuff transfered.
Luckily, I use the same email for all of my sites, but I did notice a couple things that I'd gotten there, like the shipwrecked bikini, do not show up as purchased here. I had to do a lot of checking both lists.
Sometimes it takes a few days before the store is synced with the accounts when a batch of items has been transfered, until then "Purchased" check isn't working.
