problem with render settings

Accidentally I changed something in the settings of rendering and do not know what. Now the picture looks different than I would have if I wanted.

The first represents what I want.

please help

    Are you using Uber Environment or AoA lighting, if so the light settings need to be increased as well as the render settings to get 'clean', not grainy renders.
