The sale states that if you buy so many particular items, you get an item from another selection for free.
Nice, except that I have no money.
But then I found there were new free items migrated over from RDNA and these free items happened to be in the 4th of July list.
So out of curiosity I added the free items to my list, then went to the sales free sub category and selected an item and it too showed up as free. Was this intentional?

Disabled just after I managed to take advantage. I got Homo Erectus V4 as it is something I might use and then went back to see if there were more overlapping freebies. They were all gone.
Some of those RDNA freebies (Bits and Pieces materials products) look like they are just materials, but the product page doesn't show required items. Confusing.
Did the free offering items just change? Midnight Rocketeer (in my cart) was one of those items but now it seems its not. Matter of fact, it seems like several pages have been dropped from the promotion.
Understandably, it looks like all the items that were just PA items have been pulled.
So ... If I want several of the 'free' v4 things, I need to buy three 'freeing victoria 4' several times by checking out after every three plus the freebie. Right?
Or can I just add a freebie to the same cart for every three 'freeing victoria 4' items in the cart?
Works the same way as any other sale
Add the 3 freeing v4 items plus the freebie you want in your cart at the same time.
You need to split up your orders. There is only one free item per order even if you have more than 3 of the items required for the free one.
I know they have to be at the same time. What I'm asking is, do I need to make several three for one free purchases, checking out each time, or can I do it all at once as long as there are three bought for each freebie chosen, all in one cart?

So, I presume that stuff like the SolidGear textures being put up means that we're gonna get the main set soon?
I found that the buy three and get a free product didn't work at all (had probably been pulled). I had four of the new products in my cart but the supposedly free one came in at full price. So I dumped it.
However, and this is a bigger problem; two of the packages in the Ocean Queen Megabundle download without their content folders. The Manifest.dsx and Supplement.dsx folders are all the packages contain. I've opened a support ticket on it, since it's obviously an oopsie and will eventually get sorted out. And I don't know whether this apples to people who use DAZConnect or DIM. But the packages are empty of actual content when downloaded maniually. The relevant packages are the Dragon Gear for M4 and the Ocean Queen package. The megabundle package contains the Geometry and Library folders, so the Ocean Queen package is probably the texture files. In any case they aren't there. With the M4 outfit nothing usable is there.
These issues have been reported and are being looked at.
My three / get one free is working, ok. It's just a pain to do them in sets like this.
They need 2 products each - one for V4 and one for M4 - I bought them at RDNA a while back - I picked up the freebies (again) out of this sale, but the 4 purchased products haven't appeared in my Product Library yet.
