Is the store reeeeeeeeally slow for anyone else tonight?

Pages are taking forever to load....same with promo images. Some pages aren't loading fully at all. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same at the moment. (I feel like I'm on the rendo site)

    So far I didn't have any problems with it today. (Usually through the Frankfurt Cloudflare server, if that helps.)

    I don't know what's happening, cos it's just unbelievably, incredibly slooow for me right now. I just picked up the latest freebie - hte coal stove - and I still haven't received the confirmation email. And they normally turn up pretty much before even the confirmation of purchase page has finished loading. 

    All other sites are loading normally for me tonight - it's just the daz store and forums that are so slow.

    Yep.  Initially, 15mins ago, getting any image to open took a while.  Seems to be going ok now, though.

    It's now the next morning for me LOL. There is still a LOT Of slowness with images for me. IT's better than it was last night, but still not normal.

    Something's wonky. I got several Cloudflare archive pages. When I placed an order, it looked like the page wasn't doing anything. I checked my orders page and found the invoice, but the cart still showed the payment page, as if I hadn't confirmed the purchase. (I just hope I didn't get charged twice! That would be a bummer. But there is only one invoice for today. Finger crossed.)

    Products are downloading fine, via DIM. And other pages are now loading. Maybe the problem has been resolved? I hope so, anyway.

    ETA: I just noticed the products are still in my cart, too. I'm assuming it has to do with cookies and the fact the confirmation page never loaded. Something to be aware of, if any of you are having trouble with the cart.

    Still happening. Adding pc stuff to the cart right now just to check prices, and it's taken two minutes from "add to cart" button being hit, to the shopping cart showing up. Also, getting CloudFlare errors.

    It's going like molasses here too (Florida) but earlier was fine. Not adding things to the cart, been a minute or more.

    I found it a bit slow last night but this morning its awful, I'm in the UK.

    yep it's nearly as slow as waiting for Carrara to be upgraded.. can't log in with DiM!

     

    very painfully slow and takes several attempts to log into the store if at all

    Yep, here in the UK the store is virtually unusable right now. Lots of error pages, and if it gets any slower it's going to start going backwards. Maybe it's an effect of that time travel promo that Daz have had going!

    I've given up. 

    Works ok for about half a minute, then goes kablooey again.

    I've just tried logging into DIM and can't, it gave a message about lost connection.

    Forums do seem fine though.

    Store seems to have stabilized a bit tho.....stuff loading properly right now.

    An order I placed timed out on the payment confirmation page, throwing the CloudFlare site down page, but it looks like it completed the order successfully anyway.

  • Yep. Getting the site down message in England too.

    Seems to be processing the orders, though.

    Trying to place an order right now for the last hour (I'm in the northeast US), but I can't view my cart. I give up - oh well.

    Slow to me too and also the Daz Install Manager is not connecting. Tells me the username and password are incorrect!

  • Yeah, my cart was glacially slow, and lots of the ClodFlare (heh, thanks Clohole!) error pages and lots of retrying.  But, lo and behold, my order completed!  Now I just hope it only does it once...

    Check to see if your order went through anyway, Islandgirl. I tried again and finally got to my cart. Although it appeared to hang & just spin after clicking the "Place Order" button, the order must have gone through because the items showed up in my library. Woot! Now to see if I can DL them . . .

    It's very very slow for me right now and has been for the past couple of hours. It feels like I'm on dial up. it's making it extremely difficult to shop when it takes ages to load any of the product pages.
