Victoria 7 Starter Bundle

Can't seem to get the Victoria 7 Starter Bundle offer to work.

Double checked that there are no free or PC+ items in cart,  order is above $50 after other discounts, opened and closed browser and removed cookies, cleared cache etc.

Any ideas?

    I had to reduce the image to get it in one take but will drop some stuff out and post in this comment (via edit) soon.

    EDIT: New image should be clearer.

    Aw, forget it. I already have V7 and Casual Summer. I don't need any more "flirty" poses, bikinis or wildly impractical fighting outfits.

    No need to zoom out. I use Nimbus screenshot add-on for firefox for full page captures.
