  The only way to resolve this to contact CS, they'll take a look into the account info for you - if there's anything weird goin on they'll get it straightened out.

  Sorry for the hiccup, but it will be resolved quickly I'm sure :)

  I think I figured out what happened. :(  Arghhhh I'm going to check if I'm right.
