I've read the user manual and it says there are human presets with LAMH. But after I tried to find them in lookatmyhairAM folder, I found nothing. Do I miss anything? Thank you!

Eventhough I just have the play version, I cannot help you directly, but, I can say that Kendall Sears, the creator, is really helpfull, there is help post also, I think that I have it bookmarked, yep, here: Look at my Hair Official Thread: update 1.6.0.0 released - Page 48 - Daz 3D Forums, ask him, and he will help you for sure.
You are misreading the meaning of "preset" in this context. The "Human Presets" are hair number and coloring settings in the LAMH Pane that match biological statistics. These are provided so that LAMH users don't have to go do the exhaustive research to get the "real life" hair counts and colors -- we did it for you.
As far as premade human "Hair" presets go, there are a few that have been made/donated but nowhere as many as for animals. We are working with a number of PAs to increase the "human" items in the DAZ store and you will see that number increase dramatically before the end of the summer is suspect.

Thank you zkuro! Thank you Kendall! So there is zero preset with the product, right?
There are a bunch of free LAMH presets (in the sense you mean) at the LAMH website: http://www.furrythings.com/
Not in the "Content" like you are expecting. Just "preset" settings in the actual LAMH pane when creating or using hair. :) As Timmins said, there are several free ones on the site he listed and Kendall says more coming! Yea. :)
I've got it! Thanks William! Thanks Kat!
