Gen 3 Expressions

Can you use facial expressions such as those designated for Ivan on any other gen 3 (male or fefmale) figure? Or for that matter Gen 2 and or Gen figures?

They will apply to any Genesis 3 figure of the same sex, but how well they will work will vary. If they have custom parameters then it's simple to adjust them back a bit if need be, but that's harder if they set individual properties; on the other hand, if they apply to individual properties they will probably be usable on a figure of the opposite sex, again with variable effectiveness. They won't, I think, work on other figures - at least not fully - as at leasts ome of the parameter names will be different or differently located.

Almost definitely won't work — Gen3 expressions are done by manipulating control points dotted around the face, so the expression is just a set of poses for those control points. Pre-Gen3 figures used morphs of the whole face mesh, a completely different technique.
