    Yes.

    As long as they are map based (JPG, TIFF, or PNG usually), you can. You can't edit procedural shaders in Photoshop.

    Please be more specific.  As a side note, if you are talking about textures from a product, these are not Iray; the resulting render would have been done in Iray, if that's the engine you use.  If you show any examples, since you are new and may not know this, do not post any textures from a product; just the end use in preview or render.
