There needs to be a specific end time for flash sales...

So frustrated, I had ten things in my cart I was going to purchase and was checking out some more and at the weird time of 2:46, it all went off sale. When there is a 2hr flash sale, how are we supposed to know when it started or when it ends? Sorry MidnightStories, I love your stuff and was about to buy a ton of it but it's all going back into my wishlist. I hope I can catch your next big sale... :(

That happens to me all the time. I check out the site. Ohhhh, flash sales... nice. I put stuff in my cart. Go to checkout and the prices change. For me, they don't go back in the wishlist. I remove them from my cart and from my wishlist. Not having an end time has been a big complaint by many poeple for a long time. There's no justification for it if you compare with other sites. Steam has a sale right now. It says on each item when the sale expires.

The 2 hour blink sale ended 2 hours after it began.

Check the Flash Sale Alert thread for when sales begin.

Tip: if it's a blink sale and you want the stuff, don't delay - cart it and check it out.

Well, I guess time stops at DAZ3D outside office hours cheeky , the present 2 hour sale is definitely lasting longer already.... smiley

    Dead horse. sad

DAZ has never put a printed end time on their sales, has never implemented any sort of real-time clock or countdown clock, doesn't seem to understand about time zones, nor that one-third of the world is asleep at any one time.  Blink sales are there to thrill a lucky few and irritate the rest of us. cheeky

Complaining about it does not accomplish anything except to release endorphines in the complainer.  Wheeeeee..... devil

Yeah an indication when it would go off sale would be nice, especially since the duration of each are different.

Yesterday I had that with Fast Grab.  The past few were going for days.  I saw some items I was 90% sure I wanted yesterday morning getting ready for work.  Too busy, tried in the afternoon.  Gone.  sad

It's conditioned me to simply ignore flash sales most of the time. Way to go, marketing!
