Not understanding the $15 off Daz Originals

I don't understand if this is working or now, I add things to the cart and the price between both are under 15 but still have a price shouldn't they be free? They aren't new releases either...

    Is there a free DO item in you cart at the same time?

    I've got that happening and am trying to work out how to slit the order up into two and still get all the benefits.

    Guess I shouldn't say that out loud just in case I upset a PA. Shhhh shush.

    Thanks for the reply I took it out it it seems to be working mostly now

    Free items in the cart with other stuff seems to discombobulate the store software; most often, this takes the form of a discount coupon shared among several cart items also being "shared" with the free item (causing some of the coupon's value to vanish). If it's a regular freebie (i.e. not free because of some offer or other) I usually "buy" it on its own, as a separate purchase.
