  I'm fairly certain that collar/ruff is a Lilflame product. Whether it was RDNA or Rendo, I'm not entirely certain.

  It does indeed look like Raven Collar by Lilflame. It was at RDNA but I don't see it there anymore, only textures for it. Maybe it's being transfered here?
