Characters optimized to use Iray ok for Daz Reality?

will characters with only Iray presets work in Daz/Reality?

    I believe so, since even going from 3Delight to Reality, you would probably have to tweak the settings somewhat. I don't know if there are any tools yet to automate the process.

    Doesn't matter, either one and you will have to tweak textures in Reality since Lux format is different from either 3DL or Iray. I render in Lux most of the time and I always have to adjust materials
