Car Ranger Iray Addon missing Textures?

I bought the Car Ranger Iray Addon but it seems to be missing all the textures. All that is present are two dome light and two headlight options. Nothing else is present. I've uinstalled ad reinstalled, and then this failled I deleted the file and redownloaded it and installed it again but still not seeing textures options! I''m not sure wether this is a problem on my or the fault is with the package. The content seem to be the same in smart conten and content library! 

I'm also having a problems with Northern terrace Kitchen as well!

    All of the materials for Car Ranger Iray Addon are in "Lost and Found" and not even typed as materials. The metadata for the product is bad. The product doesn't even have an icon. I reported it in Jen's updated products thread, but I'm going to wriote a bug report about it now.

    I can see the product in smart content but cannot see the the textures, the following images show the only options i can see!

    Hm... I see you have a product icon for the product. I don't. I installed with Daz Connect. Did you install with DIM?

    Well, I guess this product is more screwed up than I even realized! I suggest you write a bug report, too, because your DIM installation problems are different than my Daz Connect installation problems. Here's a direct link to the bug report (help request) page. Maybe two reports will get their attention.

    It seems to work OK from Content Library.

    Connect users  need to update the metadata it was fixed this morning
    Dim Users will get an update either later today or tommorrow or monday (not sure since it is a friday)
    The fix will update the materials to the proper path.

    What is the difference between "Car Ranger Dome Light Wearable.duf" and "Car Ranger Dome Light.duf".

    What is the difference between "Car Ranger Headlights Wearable.duf" and "Car Ranger Headlights.duf".

    Are there any instruction for how to use these props?

    wearable means it's parented and the others are just for loading, you can (in theory) use them in other cars with a bit of adjustment.

    well just started un dim as usual just to see if there any updates for anything and this is updated
