I have a conundrum. I'm trying to figure out why the anatomy for Genesis 2 Male is behaving one way on my Mac and another way on my PC. Both the Mac and the PC have the same 64-bit verison of Studio (Pro 4.9.0.63). But yet for some reason on the PC, the anatomy doesnt geo-graft to G2M, but in the Mac version it does. Huh? I looked at the dates on the files and the Mac G2M anatomy has a date of 09-17-13. The PC has a date of 09-12-13. I'm not sure if that actually pertains to the file itself on when it was installed on both computers. Anyone have any idea why the geo-graft works on the Mac and not the PC?

Is the CMS working correctly on the PC?
That's the thing the CMS doesnt work on the Mac computer because its access is blocked at work. Until a couple of days ago the CMS was working on the PC.
Did the anatomical elements work when the CMS was working on the Windows system? That version of DS did have soem serious bugs for some users relating to the CMS so I would advise updating regardless - if the CMS still doesn't work open a support ticket as, if this si the 4.9.0.x issue, support has a script to reload the database entries created by DIM.
Ok. I may just have to upgrade both programs. I was putting it off because of concerns of compatibility with Carrara 8.5. I have numerous sets I've built in Carrara and I import my characters created in Studio into Carrara. As long as Carrara doesnt freak out over the latest version then I'll upgrade. Have you heard of any issues with Carrara and the latest version of Studio?
I don't think so, the files saved are the same. Connect -installed content would be a bit of a fiddle to use in Carrara, though I think possible as long as it wasn't also encrypted. I don't think Carrara would see CMS entries added by 4.9, however, as it uses a separate set of tables from 4.8.
It's been working fine with 4.9 so far. Just wanted to be sure that the newer upgrades havent broke something that didnt need to be fixed.
Apparently at some point in the last week or so I chose to work offline on my PC version of Studio. I tried to get logged back into the service last night and the night before and each time I get told that it cant find my internet connection. I'm not sure why it cant find it. All my other programs/browsers manage to find the internet connection with no issue. What do I need to do to Studio to get it to see the connection again?
Check that your firewall isn't blocking it - no special steps should be needed for DS.
