I bought this and I can't find it in any folder. I tried in the files and products tab from smart content. I reinstalled it too but nothing :/
What can I do?

Which version did you install - Poser or Daz Studio (or both)? Did you install with the Install Manager, or Connect, or manually?
I'm sorry. I install both using Install manager
I bought the props too. I found the props but can't find the environment

In Smart Content, it seems that if you have 'Filter By Context' ticked on then 'Northern Terrace Kitchen' does not show up. Switch 'Filter By Context' off, and it does. This does not seem right to me!

Thanks I found things that I couldn't find doing this but can't find the environment yet. Is this a problem with Daz or it's just me?

No, it's DAZ Studio.
I just went looking for it too in Smart Content, as I had purchased it but not yet used it. There's a problem with the metadata. The actual set, the environment itself, has been categorized as "lost and found". So you won't find it in 'environments' or in 'props'. The rest of the files in it are correctly categorized as 'materials' and show there...but yeah, The Northern Terrace Kitchen is sitting in "Lost and Found".
I'll make a post about it in Jen's "Updated Products" in the PC thread and see if she needs a ticket brought up for it, or if she can do it.
From what I understand, 'filter by context' will show up things related to whatever you have selected in the scene tab/viewport. So if you have Genesis 3 female selected after loading, then 'filter by context' will show up everything and anything that is compatible with her (poses, wardrobe, etc etc) instead of EVERYTHING in your runtime.
I should have been more clear. In the screen grab I posted I have a completely empty scene (so no context), and have chosen 'All' as the the main category. Normally even with 'filter by context' on, environments show up when nothing is selected, as indeed the 'kitchen utensil' and 'kitchen white goods' do in this case. With no context specified everything which is not dependant on there being a selected context should show up, and normally does. (I hope I'm making sense here?) So, yes, there would appear to be a problem with the kichen's metadata.
I think I'm going to have to render a 'kitchen drama' scene.
I feel scammed with my purchase... people If you don't want a headache then don't buy Northern Terrace Kitchen...

I mean the envirioment in "envirioment", the props in "props" and the materials in "materials"
I found the Northern Terrace Kitchen. It's very annoying find a product between +2000 things. I don't know how other people find those kind of "problems" between many more products

The metadata will be updated and it'll be fixed soon.
It's actually kinda easy to make errors with metadata/categorization, but the good thing is, support fixes it quite quickly.
