DAZ Studio Resource Error

Hi,I keep getting this error every time I open DAZ Studio 4.9 latest release. I have re downloaded the latest DIM.Any suggestions on how I might fix this issue? Cheers

Does DIM show "PostgreSQL CMS" as installed?
