positioning the DNA gothic xmas barbed wire necklace, halo

I found this barbed wire necklace and halo over at RDNA ( http://forum.runtimedna.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=695 ).  It appears to be designed for some specific figure (unsure which) and has a chest, neck and head node.  How do I go about repositioning/rotating it to use it on a different character or location?  The base node doesn't move, I can kind of drag the neck node around but not rotate it correctly since it still thinks it's a figures neck, not just a freefloating object.

    It was made for Aiko3.

    The easiest way to use it on another figure is probably to parent it to the figure rather than use it as a conformer. Maybe try loading 2 copies and hiding one of the parts on each if you can't position it the way you want with the combined figure?

    Thanks, didn't realize it was for A3, now I know.

    And oddly I am now able to move it just fine.   I have no idea why it wasn't working before.  Perhaps it was fit to a figure I was testing it on, and I had hidden instead of deleted the figure so it was still stuck to it?  Not sure.  Anyway, working fine now.
