Two tickets for a refund ignored? Answer, no. Wrong mail, my mistake!

I bought the Haley bundle on may 29th and opened two support tickets for a refund/credit as I was not satistfied with the product's limitations, first on monday, second on tuesday, I have yet to hear from the sales staff...
My mistake, they answered via email, not through the site's messaging system!

Yeah, I forgot that bit, I don't celebrate holidays, matter is put to rest so far...
Yes, but they were still closed, so an extra day or two is usually needed.

No matter, they responded quite promptly I was looking for the site message/mail instead of my own email, which I rarely use as it's only for this site's authentication also, I rarely ask for refunds (With most e commerce) as I am usually satisfied here with Daz's PAs!
Naturally, as I love this site and it's only fair!
As with a great many on line stores your email address is counted as your user name. So any correspondance will go to that.
I just wish that I would receive all of the emails. The only ones that don't reach me (that I know of, at least), for some reason, are the gift card codes. Every time I purchase one, I have to turn in a trouble ticket asking for conversion to store credit.
