Help with wet skin & Iray

I have purchased "Genesis 3 Female(s) Wet Body Iray" and was trying to get better results with it.  Or maybe I should use something else.

It's seems OK for more distant shots, but closeup I didn't care for the results.  I noticed there is no bump or normal with it.  So on a closeup, the drops look flat.  The way it is would be better for performance, I want to go for realism in a closeup.

    I wasn't really able to get good results from this either so it languishes in my runtime.
