Outlander for Victoria & Stephanie (second skin mats not applying?)

In the "Outlander for Victoria & Stephanie" product ( http://www.daz3d.com/outlander-for-victoria-stephanie ), there are a bunch of .fc2 files that look like they are supposed to be second skin materials. However, they don't appear to do anything. Are they broken, or too old to be supported, or are not actually materials for the V3 figure I'm trying to apply them to, or something else? Other .fc2 materials for the clothing from the same product work fine. No errors in the log, it just has

I suspect that that is for Victoria 2 and Stephanie, not Victoria 3 and Stephanie Petite.
Product page says Compatible with: Victoria 3..... However, looking at "what's included" I see that the morphs are for either Victoria 2 or Stephanie.
I did send a query in on this.
