Anyone done any other renders, really like the look of this character. Sadly no gens and no-eyebrow option, so thinking quite expensive. (But at least a makeup free face.)

Except for the 2 lines between her eyebrows, LOL.

I was following this vendor at Rendo (impressive stuff over there), too bad they are now at DAZ.

I'm glad they are; considering buying this char.

The eyes are too big for my personal tastes, and the lines between the eyebrows are a distraction. Looks okay otherwise.

I just snagged her. I like the distinctive look.  Doesn't look so much like a derivative of Victoria, and her body type doesn't appear to be overly exaggerated (including the lips).  In other words she appears like a fairly normal woman.

as nice as this looks is there an issue with gen3fem mouthcorners ?

they just do not look well on many characters

is a normal woman allowed in DS and Poser? wink

The promos look good, but I was wondering what she looks like with her makeup on.

Has anyone done a render with makeup?

I vouch for SC's work 100%!!! Every characters is a true joy to work with. Helena from the other store is my no1 character to go to for closeups even thought she's for G2F. Truly quality work!!!

I don't have this beauty yet but here's some renders of Ayako, Mary Jane and Helena!

I think she's beautiful. I didn't even notice the lines until Serene Night mentioned them. And if I find I really don't like them, I'll photoshop them out with the content-aware healing tool. The eyes are slightly big, but I have met people, both men and women, who've had larger eyes than average. And there's a morph for eye size. Not sure if it's an add-on or not, but I do use it from time to time, usually to make the eyes slightly larger! lol

Sadly, my wallet is empty, but Sally went into my wishlist for a time when I have money again. And these days, I tend to concentrate on male models and clothing, so wanting Sally says a lot about how much I like her.

I have a freebie for asymetric adjustment, and eyes are in there; so even if not included, free is available.

... And yeh, I didn't notice the lines until mentioned.

    Greetings,

I had noticed their stuff on 'rosity, and wishlisted two of them, mainly because I really hate buying stuff over there.  Their promos have a very definite 'style' to them, so I recognized it immediately when Sally showed up here.

I'll probably have to get her, as I'm very curious how she looks under less stylized lighting.

I have a couple of his other characters from Rendo and Sally, to me, really looks like a mix of his other 2 characters, Akiko and Elisven, so although I am impressed by his characters over all, I'll have to pass up on this one, not to mention I am not a big fan of the 2 lines between the brows.  To me, that's just a bit of a sloppy work on the vendor's part, but that's just my opinion.

I think those lines are hair strands.  They aren't in every promo pic.

I've done a bald render.  The wrinkles are definitely there.  For me, they make her more human and less manikin-like.  Just as her face is not completely symmetrical.

Why too bad? Several vendors are at both Daz and Rendo.

Very nice, Jakiblue. I love Sally's skin! All those beautiful freckles, but not so much as to be overpowering. And your image really shows off those arching eyebrows.
    yes

    Thanks L'Adair! :D

You can see those faint lines between the eyebrows, but they would be quite easy to postwork out if anyone didn't like them, as they are very faint. In fact, I never even noticed them till this thread. LOL

I don't understand what's wrong with those lines. They're natural wrinkles and add to the photorealism of the figure. yes

like others the lines don't bother me and adds a realism in that not everyone is perfect many have imperfections lines, dents, blemishes and so on

That's my opinion too - I quite like those lines. But everybody is allowed their own opinion, and they may be off-putting to some, while others like them :)

I just wish vendors would show the eye colors, makeup options, etc in promos.  It's discouraged me from buying because of that.  I like more bold makeup and lips and not all this pale, barely there stuff, so I'd like to know what I'm gonna get ahead of time.  Otherwise I buy, don't like, I return.  Can anyone post what the options look like for eyes, MU, Lips?  Thx.

Edited to add...promos show her with nail color, but she doesn't come with any?  If that's the case, then why show her with any if you're not including nail colors in the pack?

Thanks for showing one with makeup. :-)  The skin is very realistic.

    Showing options does help.  :-)

Pretty character.  I've looked at her several times.

This wasn't going to be my next scene, but had to check things out.

Skyler Hair - first time I 've got the shaders like I want.

Just threw in an HDRI background to see how it looked.

I can not answer for FSMCDesigns, but based on previous posts he has made, I believe he prefers to see promos of characters he might buy showing the entire skin surface (ie nudes) which you get at Rendo, but not here.
