First one I believe is Aphana Hair by SAV https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/sav-aphana-hair/105056/
And I think the second is Tinkerbell Hair by Propschick http://www.daz3d.com/tinkerbell-hair

Edit: wow, the promos do not do the Aphana Hair any justice at all!
I'm guessing the promos for Aphana Hair were done in 3Delight, while the Belladonna Pose promos are using Iray. The artist may also have used UHT Hair Shaders for Iray by SloshWerks or OOT IrayPair Hair Shader, (available over at Rendo.)
