Lost Render Settings Pane

I just installed the 4.9.2 update and when I restarted, I lost my Render Settings Pane.  I turned it off and on again in the settings, but it still doesn't show up.

    In DS go to Window>Panes (Tabs) and you can reopen it from there.  :)  Then just drag it to the location you want to dock to.

    I tried that before, but the pane doesn't reappear.  I even tried to reboot my computer, but it didn't help.

    I got it back through the path = Window > Workspce > Offscreen Pane (Tab) Groups...
