Bought Kimo 7 before 30% additional discount

When I bought the Kimo 7 figure, I assumed the discount promised if you bought Kalea was included. Now it looks like it wasn't. If so, is DAZ doing anything to reinburse us who bought it when it came out under the assumption we were getting the additional discount?

    It should have been automatic -- if it wasn't please submit a support ticket.

    I can't tell what I paid for it since it isn't itemized when I view the orderand the discount is lumped together. Since you said it was supposed to be automatic, I'll take your word for it. The way the promo banner read, it seemed like this was a new discount. Thanks for the clarification. I feel better now.

    Did you save the confirmation email? That is the only place I can ever find to go back and see the actual amount I paid for a specific item after all discounts are applied.

    As a footnote: I always save my confirmation emails for a month just in case I want to return an item or resolve a price difference. That way I know what I paid and can use it to contact CS.

    I, too, save them. I looked under orders, but I will check it out tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestion.

    Sometimes just changing the view to "invoice" gives more information.

    True; BUT it still doesn't necessarily distribute all the discounts to show you the actual amount you paid.

    Yep, but for me it usually gives enough xtra extra info to work out what's happened and is faster then tracking down an e-mail.

    But not always :-(
