    This is correct. They are really good about that too.

     

    However, I would have thought the discount would have been automatic? Or did it start the day after you bought it for some strange reason? I got mine yesterday and it worked. there was no promo code needed to trigger the discount.

    Yes no promo code was needed. So you should look at the price you actually paid and then if it shows you didn't get the extra discount you should submit a help ticket.
