One easy thing you can do in Iray when a hair looks "thin" is to change the cutout opacity to a higher setting. Sometimes the opacity maps in Cutout Opacity just don't load in as intended. I have included presets for to easily change this in UHT Iray Shaders and in the upcoming UHT2 shaders, but you can do it manually as well. Just open the parameters of the Cutout Opacity (the little gear icon) and change the maximum to 2.0. Then you can adjust the value up to 2.0. I find that most hairs with this issue only need to be raised to about 1.25, but the particular hair you mentioned above looks much thicker when you raise it all the way to 2.0. I usually leave any hair surfaces labeled "Fine" at the default 1.0 so they stay wispy, but then raise any "under hair" or "back" surfaces to a higher value.

I'm blown away by the promo images of Kimo 7. This may be the best looking character yet.
The Pro Bundle discount from the female character was 30% towards Kimo, I thought the second discount that came along was 20%, not 30%, and my cart seems to bear that out. The price with both of those went to $37.03, that's before I apply the next 20% from the banner. Where are you getting a 30% / 30% discount?
There was 30% additional if you bought Kalea or one of her bundles and 20% additional from a promotion on 5/11, so AngelReaper may have typoed.
That's what I thought. Had it in my mind that it was 20% on the second one, then went to my cart and the math confirmed it- but wasn't sure if cart was correct. Thanks Cris, I'm not losing my mind, and other people will also probably wonder once they wake up here in the U.S. Us night owls have a jumpstart on it. Hmm... Thinking of buying Kimo 7 Pro, but if my math is correct I can afford to wait till 1st of May to get my DO PC+ coupon again (I've used my May one already). The 30% discount (or 51% for PC members) is holding up for 2 weeks right?
I'm pretty sure that's correct. Kalea is still showing up at 51% off for me. And she was released two weeks ago.
Now the question of course is: if Kalea is still discounted, can one still get the promised 30% of Kimo if you buy her now? Or was it only true for the release day of Kalea?

It does say "BUY HER NOW", which might mean that the "NOW" is passed. Especially since the promo is outdated.

I didn't get Kalea, but Kimo is absolutely impressive! It seem that DAZ is hitting it out of the park with their male releases.
Adding the two characters to the cart together doesn't provoke a discount, nor do the other combo discounts mentioned on the Kalea page function.
Star Wars (Clone Wars) fans take note: with a bit of work this figure can become a convincing Jango / Boba Fett and a zillion clone troopers!
Not me, of course; I'd never do anything so silly. I've never seen any Star Wars ever, and have no idea who the characters are or what they look like.
