Automatic Morph take over - not suitable for every product

Well I like the automatic morph take over (if you load a shirt for example and the shirt take over the morphs of the g3f figure) but it is not suitable for every product like long hair products for example (also some short hair) because some morphs cause bad results on the hair. I use some Zev0 morphs of the shape shift product for example but these morphs causes bad results on some of the long hair products I have (also some short hair products). So I can choose: Do I use the hair or my the morphs (the result of the last option: my character is no longer my charater). The other option to use the smoothing modifer with the collision detection is also not an option for everything.

First: if you use it for every single item that does not work correct because of the autofit or has bad results the machine would get slow as a slug

Second: Also with this option not every bad result can be fixed.

Third option, find the autogenerated morph in the hair and delete it. You will have to make correctives of your own at that point with maybe a magnet.

If I understand your problem correctly you can also chose to "show hidden properties" in the parameters for the hair. Find the autogenerated morphs and dial them to 0 to disable their effect. I use it all the time to disable hair getting deformed by elf/creature ears.
