Contacting a Vendor?

Hi, I'm fairly new to Daz Studio and just bought my first Genesis 3 character. However when I load the character it says it has missing files. The discription says the figure only requires Geneis 3 Female, which I have. However it lists two missing files:

data/daz 3d/genesis 3/female/morphs/daz 3d/body/pbmnaveldepth.dsf

data/daz 3d/genesis 3/female/morphs/daz 3d/body/pbmnavelhorizontal.dsf

Where can I get these so it doesn't give me that error message every time I load the figure? And also how do I contact the vendor I bought it from to let them know? Or do I just contact Daz Studio directly? OR am I just doing something wrong?

Again I'm fairly new to buying from the Daz store and could use some advice and help with this. Thank you in advance for reading this and hopefully responding. :D I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, insatlled something wrong, or if it's an issue on the vendor side, so I'm not sure what action to take.

DAZ STudio is the software. You'd usually contact DAZ3D Customer support http://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us

Have you installed the Genesis 3 female starter Essentials that came with DAZ Studio?

If there is a problem with a product you need to contact DAZ customer support, not the vendor directly.

As for those morphs, they are probably from the Genesis 3 body morphs pack: http://www.daz3d.com/genesis-3-female-body-morphs

What character is that? If it doesn't list the body morphs as required on the product page then the page should be fixed.

Yeah, I have the Genesis 3 Start Esentials installed.

Ah never mind. I think I fixed it. I searched my hard drives for the files it mentioned and found them in the GENESIS morphs. I copied them and moved them to the GENESIS 3 morphs file and now I don't get the error message anymore.

Genesis morphs won't work for Genesis 3, you need the G3 version.

You're right. I checked the file list, and they are part of that morph pack: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/22050/file_list

Contact is done through the Daz 3D help desk. So file a support ticket and tell them what the problem is.  You can find them by scrolling down to the bottom of any page and clicking on the "Contact Us"  button. and then "Submit a Help Ticket"  from that page.

BTW Daz Studio is the prgram.  Daz 3D is the Company.

Thanks for the advice, guys! It's appreciated. So I guess the figure does require more than the base Genesis 3 figure. The product doesn't meantion that it needs a morph pack. But then these sound like two very minor morphs for the belly button, so I don't think I'll worry too much about it.

True, but it is still worth it to drop a note to customer support letting them know that the product pages miss the reference to the morph set. They can fix it, and other people won't run into the same problem as you did.
